Yeah, sure. Before you "call in your certs", I suggest you take a good look at the AZNT thread. You might try RMIL as well.

The plan you propose NEVER works. It does, however, effectively tie up ordinary shareholders' stock so that insiders can dump.

There are
currently about twice as many shares sold to investors as exist in the float.
