This new pool of talent (i.e ex-CPQ employees) can be a VERY significant factor in DELL's expansion...and CPQ's demise. Consider how much easier DELL's expansion efforts could be if they had available: 1. People with PC industry experience 2. People who have been working in an abrasive environment 3. People who are looking for integrity and honesty 4. People who would like to continue staying in the same line of work This could be a major coup for DELL. My experience in the military has shown that well trained and motivated people are your most important assets. Do whatever you can to get them and keep them. Fez
