Does anyone at hand have the loan loss provisions & the quartly trend for NTBK? I am seriously considering investment in this but at this point need to determine how risky the loans are. I believe that the business model is unstoppable, but not sure how management is...

thanks,
coolinvestor

Brentsky...with all due respect, ever hear the expression "don't fight the tape???"....forget about the REASONS why it should go up or down, just accept the fact that a) it has gone UP tremendously over the past few sessions and b) for better or worse, internet banking is the latest i-net play and will continue, for the next few weeks, to crush everything in site...very simply, either play it long, or don't play...otherwise you'll get hurt...nothing personal.

I expect that the faster you sign up new accounts, the more costs you have early on. It takes time to take money from new accounts and put it into lucrative investments (buying mortgages, etc.). I'm also guessing that new accounts tend to have a small dollar amount in them the first few months and these accounts also generate a much higher percentage of customer service calls the first few months.
