Institutions have their finger on the trigger all the time, you just cannot beet them. In a lot of cases it's better to let the institutions "revise" the price down; can you imagine where we might have ended up if every small (inexperienced)investor had had a chance to sell after hours on Friday? the market orders would have pushed this thing below 20 in a hurry. What I despised about Friday's announcement was its tardiness and the fact that it was made through the issuance of a terse note. PPB
