The FCC "hurdle" and the patent dispute are all nearly irrelevant.
All that matters is whether they can make the technology work in
a cost effective way. For radars and for sensors, there may be a
unique edge, but they speak of a ten year time horizon for Time
Domain applications in cellular. Hey, you can predict anything with
a ten year time horizon. That's just another way of saying you don't
have the slightest idea.
