The pattern of inconsistent statements certainly is alarming to me... and it has hurt honest investors.

the question to be asked is who - you who can't see. or what part of terminate or accomodate would you like help with understanding? If you aren't here just to clog things up, then explain yourself. how can you fail to see that there is no misleading statement made in this post. are you guys this desperate. Interesting Tonto, the article on IMDS that you linked had the following quote: "According to Linda B. Grable, president of Imaging Diagnostic Systems, this approach to optical mammography promises to have a higher specificity to cancer than conventional mammography and would serve to reduce the number of unnecessary biopsies. Proving this potential, however, has been difficult. Early clinical studies at a medical center were terminated, according to Grable, because the company was concerned that the behavior of the staff was not consistent with FDA policy. "We have to be very careful with FDA," she says. " What "behavior" and at what "medical center"? I thought they said the center would not accomodate the laser equipment that they wanted to install - how many excuses do we have for the tests not going on there?
