Hi Jon, received an email from Lari Ryan - attorney for class action law suit 4/15/99 to set up appointment to visit in person. It is my understanding, though, that to be involved in that original class action suit - you should have purchased shares between ??/95 and November '98. However the fiasco on April 1, 1999 and March 31, 1999 will help those individuals involved, and I would love to assist with the documentation!! After I do visit, I'll post. I am out of WIRL totally too; I had read it should go to 7, pigs get slaughtered. I haven't heard from Heartland's attorneys regarding when we should expect warrants. If NCNX keeps going up - buying a share for 27.50 when it is 150. looks better all the time!! I'll place a call and if they don't hang up on me, I'll ask when we can expect warrants. Hope you're doing well; I got in ACCR cheap Monday and it has the potential to grow over $5 where it was last year.
