Dave,

Again, read my post. I am not saying the current valuations are justified, just saying that there are plenty of people retiring in their mid 40's because of them. Also, it's not what you and I think of a stock, it's what everyone else thinks about it- RMBS case in point.

Also, the market is ALWAYS right at the end of the day.
