Richard, Now you are getting to the Smithers' point of view. He says the B-S analysis of employee options is greatly understated. However, Scholes did get a Nobel Prize for this stuff, so he knows what he is doing. Ignore the Long Term Credit fiasco. <g>

The fact is, the B-S footnote is read by about 1% of MSFT investors. The Smithers analysis by even fewer. From what I've seen of today's bulls, they read the eps headlines and if it is "better than expected", they buy, no matter how the co. lied and cheated to get there. <g>
