Can you completely support such a strong assertion? Companies are being very successful lately in tracking down and prosecuting law suits against this type of defamation on the threads against even anonymous posters when it is found to be irresponsible, unsupported, ill intentioned and for personal gain as I believe is your motive and that is my opinion. BTW, who is Andre that you say has been attacking you? I don't recall an Andre posting on this thread! Are you sure you are not confusing this thread with another that you are likewise embroiled in similar controversy! PS-perhaps DCHT and or the Analyst Group will take notice of your unsupported bashing statements, imo, and take action against you. I suggest you qualify your statements better as opinions and that is just my opinion as I am not a lawyer but it seems like good common sense advice.

Francois, So I gather that it was not my post that you felt was an obvious manipulation. The notion that the SEC would care about my post was fairly humorous. I see your honest mistake. As for "snotty" issues, I note that you called to question the manhood of all who don't sell DCHT. That's no excuse for me calling your manhood into question, so I apologize to all for bashing you. My snotty post contains information you must have been unaware of as you wrote...and remains unrefuted. I agree whole-heartedly with others here in thinking that your postings have at least approached the point of being libelous. It's often Spam, too. It is NOT necessary to protect newbies from things you do NOT know and ought not presume to know with such certainty. Give them some facts using original writing...try not to spam, please? Others will continue to mention all the positive information about DCHT. It is information you don't acknowledge let alone begin to discredit. Dan B.
