I'm far from expert at these things, but the significant one seems to be the stock offer prospectus in the S-3. It looks like a variation of an insider sales report. It puts 671,890 shares on the market (the rest are somehow restricted).

The stock was transferred as part of a Go2Net acquisition. If the three people who now own the stock tried to dump it quickly, it could cause a dip in the price since that would represent almost half of today's volume.

But then, it would never happen that way unless the folks have something against GNET (and something against their own financial self-interest). More likely, they'll hand the stock off to market makers who will do their best to keep the price as high as possible while they sell the shares.

The other looks like a standard ESOP filing and yet another addendum to the Allen investment that doesn't cause any significant change.
