I agree (about PSI) Like you, I waited and waited.... But, now the rewards are coming. The question is - do you think they're going to continue?

RE: SofNet (SOFN) Sanity Check Please!!!

Steve, anyone!

SOFN switched over to the NAZ today (from AMEX) and plunged $17/share from $59 to $42. Market weakness aside, SOFN also announced plans to increase their outstanding share count from 25MIL to 100MIL shares:

biz.yahoo.com

Question: Will (did) this move dilute CO shares 4X... cause the 33% drop in today's share price??? It's hard to believe this stock -which had been doing so well- could get shot out of the sky like this without some extra help.

Steve, anyone, please advise...

Mathon

Steve, anyone... one more note to add about SofNet...

SofNet recently announced plans to float 3MIL new shares, which explains why their board authorized the increase of total shares outstanding from 25MIL to 100MIL, as previously posted.

OK, so what about SOFN's plans to float these 3MIL new shares? Might we now expect CO execs to "encourage" share price back to $69 -where it was yesterday-? After all, it would mean an additional $81MIL on CO balance sheet. Enough to make anyone tap dance imho.

Any comments appreciated...
