A tinsy-insy bit yes. There are already 120 million shares outstanding. 6.5 million shares isnt going to make much difference in terms of dilution.

But the $722 million that the company is getting IS going to make a difference.

If you want EBAY to set up regional sites, they are going to need PLENTY of resources/cash.

This is far more beneficial than worrying about that tiny dilution effect.
