On RUT BKX DOT indicators I used to forecast that the break down is false... Two very interesting formations.. Look at them very carefully, and notice the new buys.. I have been highlighting these stocks from lows of 55 and have been strong proponent of BKX recovery.. clearstation.com Notice the new basing period in the following chart and see the post July 98 decline, notive the breakout above 910-920 area, with three interest cuts and improved visibility of global loans we may be far better off..going long this trend, this is my fourth reiteration of long for BKX since 838 low.. quote.yahoo.com^BKX&d=1ym Cut the long on a double close below 898..
