BTIM looking pretty lame today. Maybe 10 by the close? I don't see much stock on the bid.

Motley Fool has a piece today on DTLN. It is one of those on-one-hand-but-on-the-other-hand type of articles, but it does give the bear side a good hearing. fool.com

<ERTH>

I don't know how they will get to a $1 billion market cap. I don't particularly care. How did PCLN get a $10 billion market cap? How did AOL get a $166 billion market cap? As for companies with actual revenues and earnings -- in today's market, those hurt stock price because the presence of revenues and earnings takes out wild fantasies about the supposed potential of the company. Absense of revenues and earnings says to the retail investors, "You don't know anything about us; Our potential is unlimited."

I don't disagree with you about the fundamental analysis of ERTH. What I am saying is that by indicating "short sell" on ERTH, you may be sending to their deaths (suicides?) many people if/when ERTH releases product to McDonald's and their stock price goes up to 15, 20 or higher. Again, in my opinion, the question is not the "long term viability of ERTH" but "will ERTH release product, sooner better than latter?"

Thinking too much will kill you in this market. Ride the wave of the lemmings.
