HisPinkness, I interpreted this as Victoria's buy recommendation over the short-term (i.e. several weeks or months), based upon:

Victoria used this very same phrase about MSFT in February, and right after this, MSFT went up. The call was correct.

She also made a call to take 20% off the table when Intel was around $137ish and recommended buying back on a rainy (i.e. later) date. The call was correct.

btw: I hold Intel long, but had sold a little in upper 130's and then bought back on this dip.

She also made a sell call on Dell (I think sometime in early March?), before it went up for a brief moment, but then it went back down. Overall, an accurate call.

With Compaq's channel transition issues [and MNA strategy issues] and maybe Dell's new IBM closeness, things may brighten for Dell. I believe Victoria is bullish on Dell. Based upon these samplings of Victoria's past track record, Dell would go up.

So far, everything I've seen on Victoria's calls have been relatively accurate.

p.s. Victoria, I enjoy reading your posts on calls. You seem to have a rather good sense of timing. My style tends to be long, but it's always interesting to hear about good times to pick a stock up.
