GreenLine TD Broker has been down every day in the morning.
To top it off I get atitude from the real live trader today.
That was the last straw... I am moving on to another broker.
Does anybody have any suggestions?

Hi John,
I guess we are all after the same thing. You would think that there must be an opportunity for some aspiring entrepreneur to provide service (what a novel concept service).

I am curious as to whether or not our friends in the US get the same treatment from their service providers?

EB

I worked for 9 years at Canaccord Capital and my brokers are guys who sit right in front of CATS and VCT machines. The discount is negotiated so don't be shy and they can beat Greenline's fees. This applies to all VSE firms. Find an "execution" broker (preferably one of the firm's traders) who sits right in of the machine and start negotiating.
