(OTC Bulletin Board: MORE - news; FSE-VON 913306), (BER-VON 913306), (SagamoreTrading.com) announced today a new promotion aimed at converting active on-line traders who are using discount brokers such as E*Trade, DLJ Direct and Charles Schwab on-line to Sagamore's Level II trading systems. As part of the promotion, which will begin April 12, 1999, Sagamore Trading Group, Inc., through its fully owned subsidiary Time2Trade.com, Inc., will offer discounted commissions to active on-line discount brokerage clients. Commissions for new clients who average 30 or more transactions per month will be discounted for one month after initial Sagamore account sign-up. These clients will be charged a flat fee of $14.99 for a Nasdaq Execution up to 1000 shares. After one month of these discounted rates the rates will return to Sagamore's standard charge of $17.99 per Nasdaq transaction.
