OTCBB compliance committee timeline I was told by a shareholder last night that he had spoken with someone at the SEC about four months ago, and one of the things they had talked about was the timeline that we could expect from the OTCBB compliance committee. Apparently, it was the SEC employee's opinion that the compliance committee can take from one to eight weeks to process the Form 211. He further opined that the processing time is usually closer to the low end of the timeline than the longer one, but that on occasion, such as when the compliance committee is overloaded, the processing can take longer. I have no idea how long the waiting list is now, and I'm still optimistic we'll be processed very soon, but I thought you should know that everything is still cool, and there's an outside chance it could take longer. It could also be tomorrow.
