Bill the 100 mil is spread over 7 years, CBS is likely using the highest market price available for each commercial they trade... for example...

Inventory for overnight commercials that is unsold is virtually worthless to CBS, but if they use it for trade with BIGE they can value it at top prices...

CBS is no dummy, they are hoping to get involved with a net co. that is successful, but not paying anything for that gamble. If Hollywood.com flops, they lose essentially nothing.
