Jon, the website is down, I am told, due to "technical difficulties" with their provider's servers.

I think the company should come out with something officially explaining the situation.

However, the site being down does mean no one can enter to win the gold right now, making my chances that much better. LOL

Jon, I heard their website crashed due to the reaction to their pendant contest. Re the financial data I agree with Jim that it's best to contact the company directly. I know there aren't any 504 shares available because the SEC changed the rules effective April 7.
