Not to mention that C&W is investing over 600 million in lvlt's network to get 15000 route miles per the WSJ.

Could you apply Moore's Law (or similar) to the increasing needs for bandwidth in the future?

(Perhaps Moore's Law isn't a great example, but I think my point is clear.)
