Charlie, I think it just takes a little time to figure it out with net banking. I found it a little strange at the beginning but as you change the way you normally do things just by habits, you find it works very well. I have a morter bank also but I'm finding that I'm using Net Bank much more. I've got all the free ATMS scoped out and I'm finding I look over my account much more with NTBK. With the regular bank I would get the statement and throw it in a file and never would look at it. Now when I do transactions on the Net I take more time to see which checks clear, how much to transfer back and forth, and do bill pay which has been a wonder. I even set up $100 to send to my credit cards automatically so that if I miss my payment I don't get that hefty fee. I would try it out and see what you think.
