That's what I do too. I get animated and further adrift and further until I am a parody of myself; me is lost somewhere wondering why that other me is happening and I just get more nervous until I can leave. Don't know why it happens, but it's automatic. Builds to intolerable. Seems to be based on some part of social interaction I can't put my finger on. Since I dislike that feeling, and feel more myself alone, that's what I do best. Cyberspace is different.
