JDN, I called Growth Capital yesterday and they were not forthcoming with any info. The only thing they would acknowledge is that they are representing private investment interests. They would not say how long they have been in business or if they specialized in acquisitions.However, they did express a strong interest in acquiring shares. Hope someone else can get more info than I did. Patricia

IG Holdings... You may be thinking of IG Holdings. They are a scumbag organization who send letters to investors, offerring to buy huge blcoks of shares at below market costs. They hope to catch gullible investors asleep at the switch. Here is an example. biz.yahoo.com I believe this company was highlighted on Barron's late last year. Something tells me this Capital Group is not doing the same thing, $5.50 is too close to the market price. DocStone
