I finally had a chance to call Nasdaq (202-496-2500) again. The women advised that Friday is day 70 for the application (Margie, she seemed to be referring to information on her computer). She confirmed that the application is still pending but that there are no problems with the application. She fully expects that it will be approved and trading prior to day 80. She also confirmed that she receives more questions re: BII than any other application.
