FG: Regarding XNET Activity recently, This is my response to a post by Mr. Kash that is generating alot of concern on the XNET board this morning; SEE; Message 8869047 Only news I know is about the "Restricted" private placement to finance expansion, I highly doubt that E. Cheung would have signed off on a plan that would allow the stock fall to that low a level, especially during a period of time when they are pursuing NASDAQ listing. (Need the stock price to be stable at a level above $2-3 for at least 30 days) If anything the activity lately has indicated several large blocks of buying rather than short selling. Insiders in the company a free to sell, & there has been no indication that they have done any of that, certainly not to a large extent. So sit tight & we will see.
