Sounds like the TAGI ruour some heroin addict was try to sell - He was saying thata .0000000005 cent stock ( .005) wa going to do a $7,000,000 pp - thats 700,000,000. The company literaly had to a bottle drive to raise money one time for a flight to China.

Pretty amazing - would have liked to be in their boardroom when they were discussing this. If it's a comment on current valuations... Amazed the TSE would halt all these companies, as well.
