Lawsuits against Game maker violence?

did anyone catch that case where the 14
year old gunned down 7 classmates, and
now the families lawyer looking for the
deepest pockets are going after the video
game makers who "influenced" their killer
kid? I wonder how/if this will actually
effect this sector. It may depend on the
verdict in a similar case where families
are suing the makers of the movie
"Natural Born Killers" for getting
their kids to go on a killing spree.

I think the best responce from the
gaming companies would be to publish
a first person shooter where we get
to fragg all these damn lawyers...
