Ocote, from the list you posted, it looks like the small cap IPOs have gone bust while the big caps have boomed.

distilled results from the ipomonitor site according to market cap.

Starting with all IPOs Jan to April 1998, how do they fare by
12/31/98?

Cap($MM) Performance (n = 150)
>1000 118.32%
500 to 1000 108.91%
250 to 500 41.60%
100 to 250 7.12%
50 to 100 -21.09%
25 to 50 -32.59%
< 25 -45.64%
