Qualey is not only an attorney of record for the company in this case, he's also a material witness to many of the events and transactions at issue.

As far as I know, he's made no disclosure of these facts to the Court.

I'd call it a problem.

An attorney can't have a position in a company, and it's considered ridiculous to defend his position.

And you know what they say: "A man who represents himself has a fool for a lawyer".
