So, the battle is now joined between those who think IATV is worth $18 and those who think Liberty got a good deal. Personally, I don't mind living on an $18 floor for a while.

The company will probably file an 8k today. also
The strike was probably set last week when the stock was around that level so in reality, not a discount but right on the market.
