Another travesty on the Canadian exchanges. It amazes me that regulators and exchanges would allow such nonsense to occur. This company has disrupted the market with this ridiculous proposal and caused a halt to trading of some rather large producers. The management od this company should be taken to task for this sort of ploy and their stock should be halted until they give a complete accounting of their intentions. It looks like they are trying to create some sort of trust.
