HomeCom Communications, Inc. Acquires Ganymede Corporation

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 13, 1999--HomeCom Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ SmallCap:HCOM), an Atlanta-based provider of Internet software solutions for the financial industry, is acquiring local Web site developer for financial institutions, Ganymede Corporation. The acquisition will be completed during the month of April.

Ganymede adds to HomeCom's capabilities providing e-commerce solutions to the banking, brokerage, and insurance industries. Ganymede management and employees will remain with the combined companies. HomeCom will be aggressively expanding the Chicago office to meet the demands of its clients and prospects. HomeCom currently works with several companies headquartered in Chicago including John Nuveen, CNA and Amoco. Ganymede is the second acquisition for HomeCom this year.

NIGI Lance I herd this company has lots going for it they have something to do with Pet Care as well I guess we will find out more through PR's soon on this company.
