Australia asked Russia for help in getting their 2 UN officials out of trouble and get them back home to Australia. Remember Australia has NOT been for this NATO aggression and opposed same from beginning. Non participants - alliances are forming with the other ignored "major superpowers". California republican calling for congress to debate declaration of WAR - if we continue this IS TO BE CONSIDERED WAR and must be voted upon by congress and he wants it documented who voted for what. Of course, regardless if congress votes on this matter, clinton has 49 more days to do whatever he wants. Russia going to Belgrade again tomorrow; reserves have been activated since this operation began (so the "no ground troops" bull is just that - bull and propaganda). BUSH in Texas & Florida have called in the National Guard to fight fires and keep our national guard forces in their respective states. Good strategy, foresight and anticipation by Mr. Bush and Mr. Bush - beat clinton to the punch of depleting our own state protection. As for Christopher Hodgkins - we in Texas have a saying, DONT MESS WITH TEXAS - keep your trash out - by trash in this case, it means your pumping up of federal government intervention programs.
