We're seeing the typical TA pattern of accumulation, selling, accumulation, (Fall back in share price has been approximately 50% of the previous peak). This is the third run for this stock & we might see a break through to a new high before this run ends, depending on duration and general market sentiment. No news on the horizon, but there are more positives than during the last run, (Demonstration of vigorous subscriber growth ..>200%, up & running IR Web Site, confirmation of pursuit of a NASDAQ listing, & a press release (right on schedule) as was promised from management. I would expect another run up in price near the end of trading, anticipating another gap up in the morning. I wonder if IP equity is starting to fund their microcap internet index yet, this might explain some of the recent large block purchases? Just my "thinking out loud".
