re. processing time I'm hearing now that a delay is very unlikely. Usually, a longer wait in the compliance committee is caused if there is a period required by the SEC before their decision about the filing becomes effective. In the case of Sungold, the SEC's decision is already effective, as of March 29. This means, as Netman says, that it's just a matter of getting the forms stamped at the compliance committee. The odds are very strongly in our favour that they'll have stamped their little fingers off real soon, if they haven't already, and we'll be on our way.
