The President will be making an address shortly om Kosovo. I believe he will announce the stepping up of actions in the area, He may honor the Pentagon's request for a doubling of aircraft in the theatre. Britain's Tony Blair has stated that the UK may increase their ground forces by ~ 1,800. Serb forces have initiated some border wars, as this situation appears to be getting a bit more unstable.
