Hello Kathy - FHSH, First Sierra They are a psuedo competitor of mine so my opinions may not be unbiased, they're into the financing and hands on management of small to midticket assets. I will say I like the people i've met from First Sierra. In any event, funymentally they lost $$$ last year but hey they're on the DOT.COM bandwagon. Perhaps this is the kick 'n the *ss they need. I would consider a position for 2-3 days to ride the DOT.COM merri-go-round. I'll do some additional DD and hopefully get back to you yet today. Dave
