Lets acquire this one Providence, RI— April 13, 1999—ICOA, Inc., (OTC-ICOA) announced today that it has entered into a formal agreement with Pacific International Telecom, Inc. (P.I.T.I.) of Hawaii to license distribution and proprietary technology rights as follows: Exclusive License and Distribution Agreements for Hawaii, Guam, Tonga, Samoa, Fiji, Okinawa and Saipan; with an opening order for 150 "WEBPHONE CENTERS" and a marketing goal to install up to 500 WEBPHONE centers in the above territories. The order will be for the latest Model #2000 of "WEBCENTER" developed and marketed by WEBCENTER Technologies, Inc. (WTI), a wholly owned subsidiary of I.C.O.A., Inc. Worldwide introduction of the new multimedia Webcenter #2000 is scheduled for July 1999. Mr. Zane Watson, President of P.I.T.I. of Hawaii stated that, "The potential for the "WEBCENTER" in these territories is more than great, the installation of WEBCENTER in public areas will be fulfilling a pre-existing need, and will improve the telecommunications services for local citizens, business travelers and tourists in public places. We have been waiting for more than a year for the "WEBCENER." All our marketing surveys have verified its tremendous market applications." P.I.T.I. is presently in the process of establishing itself as a provider of telecommunications services in Hawaii and the Pacific Rim through the introduction of new technologies.
