Lets acquire this one

Providence, RI— April 13, 1999—ICOA, Inc.,
(OTC-ICOA) announced today that it has entered
into a formal agreement with Pacific International
Telecom, Inc. (P.I.T.I.) of Hawaii to license
distribution and proprietary technology rights as
follows: Exclusive License and Distribution
Agreements for Hawaii, Guam, Tonga, Samoa,
Fiji, Okinawa and Saipan; with an opening order
for 150 "WEBPHONE CENTERS" and a
marketing goal to install up to 500 WEBPHONE
centers in the above territories. The order will be
for the latest Model #2000 of "WEBCENTER"
developed and marketed by WEBCENTER
Technologies, Inc. (WTI), a wholly owned
subsidiary of I.C.O.A., Inc. Worldwide
introduction of the new multimedia Webcenter
#2000 is scheduled for July 1999.

Mr. Zane Watson, President of P.I.T.I. of Hawaii
stated that, "The potential for the
"WEBCENTER" in these territories is more than
great, the installation of WEBCENTER in public
areas will be fulfilling a pre-existing need, and will
improve the telecommunications services for
local citizens, business travelers and tourists in
public places. We have been waiting for more
than a year for the "WEBCENER." All our
marketing surveys have verified its tremendous
market applications." P.I.T.I. is presently in the
process of establishing itself as a provider of
telecommunications services in Hawaii and the
Pacific Rim through the introduction of new
technologies.

Mr. George Strouthopoulos, ICOA president and
chairman, stated, "The applications of these
Licensing and Distribution Agreements with
P.I.T.I., are numerous, including both securing
market share and manufacturing expansion."
WEBCENTER Technologies, Inc., is a
wholly-owned subsidiary of ICOA, Inc., and they
are working together to complete the production
model and market "The WEBCENTER," a Public
Access Terminal. "The WEBCENTER" will offer
"mission critical services" to road warriors and to
the general public via voice, fax, copy, print,
e-mail, internet access, prepaid phone cards and
electronic advertising. "The WEBCENTER" is
recognized as the "Smart Business Center" and
is believed to be the first to squeeze advanced
business services into a compact terminal and
innovative, space-saving design that has the
same look and feel of a modern payphone. It is
considered the next generation of payphones
known as Webphone. Service provided will
incorporate Bankcard/Smartcard technology.

<OT>
Dave,
Yeah, I had some real winners (and losers) from way back one. Two of my best calls were SCMS (.30--1.50) and PMIS (2-6) where I actually took profits. Imagine that! <G>

I don't remember anyone asking about NARF or ZORT, but I wouldn't be surprised. LOL.

Don't be a stranger.
