I think the current press release tells the end of the story. Sales guys saddled with a product they couldn't sell (this is usually the fault of the product, not the salesman), under pressure to deliver, recognizing revenue that wasn't really there, then gone when it was discovered and the company has to restate earnings. Plus a Q1 with a nearly 50% shortfall in revenues and probably similar in earnings (recall that last quarter they disappointed with a .02 loss vs. a .07 profit consensus). Additionally, no interesting news to speak of recently except bad news. This is indeed the pattern of a sinking ship. I think we're talking dead meat here. The analysts say "takeover target" <g>.
