I think the current press release tells the end of the story. Sales guys saddled with a product they couldn't sell (this is usually the fault of the product, not the salesman), under pressure to deliver, recognizing revenue that wasn't really there, then gone when it was discovered and the company has to restate earnings. Plus a Q1 with a nearly 50% shortfall in revenues and probably similar in earnings (recall that last quarter they disappointed with a .02 loss vs. a .07 profit consensus).

Additionally, no interesting news to speak of recently except bad news.

This is indeed the pattern of a sinking ship. I think we're talking dead meat here. The analysts say "takeover target" <g>.

Is it time for the new President to resign. After all, a year has passed and the stock isn't exactly rocking. And with this low volume selling my position would probably bring the stock down. If this keeps up I'll be back to zero gain soon. Should I sell out of boredom? Why didn't I put more money in COMS? Oh me, oh my.
