Chief, speak in lay terms here. What is the potential impact of the warrants. In my deluded reasoning if someone executes a warrant at 1.15, why don't they make any money. Sorry I'm not seeing the full story here concerning warrants.

if you bought the GLE.WT.A at .01c last week and you still hold it...you are in the money. however, if you sold it yesterday for $4.00, then the person that bought it has to pay $1.05 for the warrant to convert it into the share. Did he make money...no he lost money!!

The stock is at $4.10 right now, anyone that bought WT.A's at $3.05 and above is out of the money!! So when they exercise they won't sell. Also people that are up $1.00 aren't likely to sell because the stock has upward potentil from here on in!
