No level II. I was looking at the Yahoo intraday chart, and I saw what looked like a large block that went at .25 right before the downside.

Do you have L2 data? If someone, in fact, put an after hrs buy order for 800,000 shares ($200k?), it wasn't a smart decision.

If anyone is interested, I just had a conversation with Pat Rost. I asked him about the number of shares issued, his answer was 24M outstanding, 12M in the float.
