**OT** Has anyone else's etrade been down all day? Sigh I know there has been lots of discussion about who likes what broker, and I won't reopen that issue, however I have a more pertinent question. How do I close out one account and open another in the shortest time frame possible? I keep thinking I'm better off sitting in a shaky Etrade account than having to go to the trouble and worry of closing it down, getting my funds, getting a new account refunded and rebuying aol (at a higher price more than likely). But this is getting ridiculous.
