My only point was that for every non-qualifying person who calls in on that number, it takes resources which are reserved for qualifying customers. I don't know if ETrade blocks calls from non-qualifying customers or not - have no idea although I would certainly hope they do. However, as long as ETrade doesn't openly make the number available to the general public or to non-qualifying customers - I do not think it appropriate that the number be posted in a public forum.
