Lawrence, The deal struck me at the time as a good lesson in risk arbitrage, a subject I know precious little about. Frankly, I'd like to trace the entire deal and its players (where possible). If you could point me in the right directions for public information about the deal and risk arbitrage in general, I'll study it and then get back to you with a question or two. At this point, call it a curiosity on my part with a desire to know and understand more. Thanks, Paul
