Gary, its a matter of public record that you and David are in default. All you have to do is call the courts. mar 31, 1999 at 12:32 in the afternoon, on case number 98-682-M You even have the email of Zwebner telling his people of it. Your "lawyer"? You were acting pro se. Not a bright move. Here's the latest: The court entered default on Defendant Gary Dobry and Defendant David Shephard for failing to respond within the time and in the manner provided by Fed. R. Civ P.12. Defendand Gary Dobry and Defendant David Shephard filed their answers with the court on April 6, 1999. As neither defendant has moved to have the default stricken or for leave to file late answer, the answers are hereby stricken for noncompliance with fed R.. Civ. P [signed by] Steven J. McAuliffe Now, this is a genuine default judgment. What next, Gary? I'd say you're in Big Trouble.
