Well, without providing specific sources, the judgments were against individuals who had been posting anonymously under the names of bgtit and Spider Valdez for postings on the AZNT thread against Michael and Charles Zwebner. The posters said some things about the Zwebners which were not true. Michael Zwebner sued in federal court (Boston?) and won a default judgment against the posters. This happened within the past few weeks, I believe.

I posted concern that Oshinsky may might be shady on this issue of his 144 filing, and I wonder if all agree the above explanation fits the facts?
