I predicted those numbers on extensive dealings with real estate companies. They usually WANT a quick sale. They try to get the bottom number so they can get the QUICK money. I have surprised many by asking 20% more, and getting it. Hopefully Madera FORCED the largest privately owned Real Estate company in Florida to ask 15-25% higher than what they wanted. Real Estate should NEVER sell faster than 60-90 days. If it does, the asking price was too little. As always, these were my guesstimates and I welcome anyone to come up with better numbers! Not many ever try, but I have great hopes that you will, travelling or not. Can't wait, Dave
