The company (iHoldings) called back and said they are a private company and that they are NOT Internet Holdings, Inc (HTTP). Must be some kind of mix up here with the press release concerning the two companies:

iHoldings.Com, Inc. (private)
Internet Holdings, Inc. (public, HTTP)
